What do you charge for your logo design services?

We have a variety of packages to suit almost every budget: Entry, Professional, Executive and Internet Identity. However we also provide you a custom designed package keeping in view your requirements. If you have any custom requirement then you can contact our Design Constultant who will create a custom design package for you.

Each project has an up-front fee with the remainder of the balance to be paid upon the acceptance of the logo design. You can get more details about our pricing by visiting our pricing page. When you consider the level of client service, and the quality of our work, we are one of the best values around...anywhere! Is there an additional charge for a multi-colored logo? Are there any hidden charges at all?

Never! We do not believe in hidden charges. No matter how many colors you wish to use on your logo design, it is all included in your package. If you look at our logo design portfolio, you can see many satisfied clients for whom we have created multi-color logos. Whether one color or ten, we have the experience it takes to create the exact image you need. However we always prefer to keep the color usage minimum which also helps you keep your printing cost low.

The package price is the final price, no strings attached!

How long does it take for you to design my logo?

In most cases, it takes from 3-5 business days to prepare the initial draft proposals of a clients' logo design. If you have not heard from us within that time, please contact us. Once the first phase is completed, we will ask you for your feedback on the initial designs provided. This is your first chance to tell us exactly what you think. Tell us everything:

  • "Do you like the style?"
  • "Do you like the font we used?"
  • "Do you like the colors we used?"
  • "What other enhancement would you like us to pursue?"

All of these details can be submitted via our "Client Center", which you would access through a login and password. After we receive your initial feedback on our design proposals, we will use your comments to draft the second phase of the logo design (if needed). In most cases, our clients are happy with one of our initial designs, and therefore, many settle upon their final logo at this phase.

What if I'm not satisfied with the draft ideas presented?

Tell us! It's our job to amend the drafts until we have created the winning logo! We work until you are 100% satisfied. We have a money back guarantee on this :)

Our experience suggest that majority of our clients don’t exactly know about the logo design process because they are mainly composed of start-ups, small business owners or individuals. We have worked for small to large scale businesses and for corporate clients, spending a lot of time explaining this process which starts from conceptualization of the logo to finalization of final deliverables. If you can go through our article at “The logo you wanted, Exactly as you envisioned it!” then you can also get some helpful insight and guidelines before starting your project with us.

Therefore we can do alterations until you are satisfied, like fixing that orange to blue, making the alignment changes and showing you new font and color combinations free of charge till you are satisfied.

What are the formats will I receive my final logo in?

Your logo will be created in multiple formats which will allow you to immediately use them for online or offline (printing) use. For website use: .GIF and .JPG formats

For high-resolution printing: Adobe Illustrator (.AI format) and Encapsulated PostScript (.EPS format).

We will also add in:

  • .TIF (or .TIFF), a high resolution graphic used in professional print work
  • .BMP, a Bitmap, another High-res type graphic format.
  • Grey scale and Black and White representations, which are good for offline use, such as Yellow Pages or newspaper ads.

We'll also include our information document file on how, where and when to use the different file formats we have provided. You'll know which graphic to use and when.

Almost all commercial printing companies use these file types to produce professional quality printing results. Details can be found on our Pricing Page.

If you need some other format, please let us know and we'll be happy to deliver them along with your logo package at no additional cost.

How will I receive my final logo package? Is CD delivery available?

The final logo package will be uploaded on our server in your "Client Center" account. You can easily download it by logging on to your account using the ID and Password assigned to you.

The final package comes in a compressed .zip format. If your operating system doesn't allow you to unzip or explore the files inside the package then you may need to install WinZip in your computer which is available for download on http://www.winzip.com.

You can also request your logo design to be delivered on a CDROM. You can add the CD Delivery Service to your order during the signup process . The charge for a CD delivered to your home via Express Courier is $40.00.

Please note that we do not profit from this, as the $40 charge covers our costs to create the CD and the postal charge to get it directly to your front door.

Do you do business cards & letterhead design?

Yes we do! Our Professional Package and Executive Package are specifically designed to cater to the needs for those clients who also wish to have a custom letterhead, envelope and business card designed according to their newly made logo. Stationery and business card design services can be selected as an add-on with all other packages.

What are some of the ways I can use my logo?

There are many ways you can use the logo we provide. The logos and formats you will receive are great for:

Your Website, Business cards, Presentation Folders, Stationery, Banners, T-shirts, Posters, Promotional Items, Print and Graphic Design on vehicles and many more.

The logo formats that you will receive are readily accepted by commercial printing agencies for professional printing. This gives you potentially unlimited uses for your logo design!

With our Executive Package, we provide advanced print ready logo formats even after completion of the project which few logo design companies offer, which makes your logo ready for printing by breaking it into spot color frames or provided to you in pantone colors. This can result in significant savings when using a quality Printing Service.

Can I use my logo instantly?

Absolutely! Once you receive your logo designs in the various formats that we provide you, they can be used instantly for almost any purpose you can dream of.

I have a general idea of a logo I want. How do I communicate my ideas to you?

There are many ways you can do this: You can describe your ideas when you submit your order form. Most of our customers do this. Click here for our sample logo design order form.

If you have a fax machine, create a little sketch/doodle of the design you have in mind and fax it to us. Our fax number is 1-817-582-7565. Many customers have been thrilled to see how we used their simple sketches and ideas to create a professional logo design that exceeded their highest standards and expectations!

If you have a scanner and would rather scan your sketches, email us the image file at support@businesslogo.net, and we will take care of the rest!

Finally, if you see a logo anywhere on the Internet that inspires you for your own logo, send us the URL when you fill out order form, and we will try and incorporate those ideas as part of your original logo- not just a rehash or copy of someone else's.

What about my privacy?

It is our policy that personal information, such as your name, postal and e-mail address or telephone number, is kept private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal information you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information (such as to reply to a request, or to handle a concern you might later have). As for our additional questionnaire, it helps us in designing your logo with more ideas and greater flexibility. Once you place an order, the information you provide will be used to process your order only.

I see that you require a valid Credit Card for payment. I'm a bit worried about Credit Card security. Are there any other options for me to pay?
While we understand your concerns, please rest assured that our payment server is 100% secure, and we do not sell or give out your personal information to anyone. Once you have selected our Entry, Professional, Executive and Internet Identity package, you will be taken to our secure online order page where you can enter in your Credit Card details. We use 2checkout.com for a secured internet transaction, which guarantees that all your credit card information is directly sent to our real-time, 100% secure credit card server for verification supported by 128bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. This means your information is closely guarded and encrypted. Another way to send us payment is using a wire transfer. Email us for our account information. Please note that we can only start designing your logo once we receive the payment in our bank account. This can usually take a couple of days.
I'm from another country. Will this be a problem?

Absolutely not. The reason our business is online, is to serve our clients needs no matter where they are located. We have many happy clients from all different reaches of the globe. Look at our International Client Portfolio for many good examples of this!

Who owns the copyright of my logo once it is designed?

Once the design process is complete, and you have finalized your decision, the logo is all yours! You fully own the copyright, and are free to register the logo through the registration office.

If desired, we can also place the registered mark or the TM (trademark) symbol on your logo.

Do you keep the logo design archived on your server once I have downloaded it? If my computer crashes will you still have my logo?

Yes we do. We keep a backup of our client's logo for a limited period of time, just in case. If, for any reason you ever need another copy of your logo, please don't hesitate to contact us.

However, we suggest that you also keep a backup copy of the logo format just in case something happens. You should copy them on a few diskettes, or burn them to a CD for your own backup.

Can you design a logo for us within 24 hours?

Sorry, but we don’t create 60 minute or same day logos like others do, only humans work at Businesslogo.net and we don’t have any “LOGO FACTORY” where we can serve you a pre-made logo in 24 hours. Please ensure that we only design “Custom Logos”.

Our standard time frame for the completion of initial logo design is 3 to 5 business days, we spent this time conducting appropriate market research, brain storming sessions, discussing the project requirement and proposing initial ideas to be developed into logo along with making any amendments in the design if necessary before providing the initial proofs to you.
