I cannot express enough what a great job you and your team did for us designing our company logo. The steps businesslogo.net took to complete the project are everything you said it would be. After reading your website, I looked back at the three two process (sorry we couldn't make up our mind) and you and your team did everything you said you would do. We were quite surprised that even though we ordered the Gold Package, which included 5 designs, by the time it was completed we actually had over 12 variations.

The billing was fantastic, right on time, not a day earlier. The initial billing was executed perfectly, and then the final billing was the way it was supposed to be. When I was searching for a Corporate Identity Package, I spent a lot of time researching the different design companies on the Internet. Many were vastly overpriced and I was under whelmed with the "design" examples.

When I found Business Logo Design, I was immediately impressed with the strength of their design portfolio. I saw logos that made me excited and I started to believe that I could realize the level of excellence in my logo as I saw in their portfolios. When I saw the stationery examples which complemented the designs and colors, I was sold. There was simply no other service out there who had a stronger design sense for the kind of impact I needed my business to have, than Business Logo Design. There was no one close. The services out there ranged from dull boring clipart modifications (looked like it was made on a home software print-shop suite) to companies that had bland offerings and were way too over impressed with their "skills". For me, the logo had to be *just right*. If it wasn't, my business would not have the impact that I needed it to have upon my target market. My logo was critical to the success and identification of my business to my market.

I didn't know quite what to expect as I placed the order, but I knew these designers were good based upon their portfolios. What I didn't expect was that my initial 5 designs would range from "Great" to "Perfect". There were no "throwaway designs to meet a specified number"! Every single design was strong, and had punch. I literally spent a few days going over and over the designs, all of them were so good it was like trying to choose between your favorite child...almost impossible. It took work, but I finally was able to narrow my choices. The design I chose, I eventually accepted as my final Logo.
However, I wanted to test a few minor design variations, and the staff at Business Logo Design were always prompt and the next day I'd see the very changes I asked for. It was really a exciting going to a password protected viewing area to see my designs in progress. You can't mess with perfection, however, and in the end, I ended up selecting the exact same design and the exact same colors that were suggested in the initial Logo design. It was perfect. I cannot believe another logo company out there on the Internet would have been able to create what the design team did for me here at Business Logo Design.

As soon as the Logo was accepted, the staff got right to work in creating my stationery package. They got it right on the first try. It was a gratifying experience to go from an idea and a concept that had to be "just right", to finally downloading my delivery package with a suite of designs that even exceeded my expectations. I was more than proud have my business cards printed and handed out, because they look so good. Believe it or not I have already been complimented on how nice they are! I am completely grateful to the wonderful designers at Business Logo Design for their quick responses to my questions (emails were always answered quickly) , and the level of excellence in my Identity Design Package.

One more note about their support...In printing my business cards, the printer for some reason had a much older version of the software that Business Logo Design uses, and they could not get the layout to work. I notified the fine folks at Business Logo Design, and in 24 hours when I checked my email, they had gone and specially created a format that would work with the printer's obsolete program! I don't know how they did it, but it was there. The cards look great! I also want to compliment them on the sheer NUMBER of different designs and formats they include in their package. I can go right out today and make a website, and I have every size jpg and gif and transparent gif that I could possibly think of to make it look great. I'm at a loss to know what else I could ask for. I think if it exists, I have it in my package.

I am not normally prone to gushing, but this project had great importance to it, and I am stunned by how well it came out. I really should be paying thousands for this, it's as good as any multi-million dollar corporation. I unconditionally recommend Business Logo Design to anyone who is serious about their Business Identity. It's amazing what they did for my business.
